This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for orders placed with Zivranexthon in line with EU consumer protection rules applicable in Denmark, including the right of withdrawal for distance contracts where it applies.

Statutory rights

If you are a consumer, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from receiving goods in many distance sales, subject to conditions for sealed goods such as food supplements once unsealed. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy where mandatory law provides stronger protection.

Eligibility

Refunds are assessed based on proof of purchase, product condition, and hygiene rules for ingestible items. Opened or used products may not qualify unless defective or otherwise required by law.

How to request a return

Email contactus@zivranexthon.world with your order reference, reason for the request, and photos if the product arrived damaged. We confirm instructions within a reasonable timeframe.

Timelines

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Banking timelines may add additional days before funds appear in your account.

Shipping costs

Unless defective or required by law, return shipping costs may be your responsibility. We will state any exceptions in our reply to your request.
